Returns
We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary and we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns/exchanges on a per item basis. If you wish to make a return/exchange please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your item(s). We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery for any Return or exchange and items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
All sales are final outside the U.S
Due to the nature of these items we can’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom or personalized orders unless they arrive defective or damaged.
