Shipping and Delivery

Delivery takes 3-5 business days inside the States when selecting the basic shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box; we’re sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends. 

Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day is selected, it will not be processed until the next business day.

For Custom orders Delivery takes 10-30 business days due to the custom nature and process of handmade items.  This can occasionally take longer depending on how many custom orders we have at the time.  You will be notified if that happens. 

For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! 

Killer Kustomz is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. 

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
